This very bright, airy and spacious apartment is on the 1st floor of one of the Herberton apartments and consists of a fully equipped kitchen area, a large living/dining room, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a private bathroom for almost the sole use of the housemate. Your bedroom window is a double patio door that leads into the internal gardens and gets lots of light and sunshine (when we get sunshine!). The apartment was recently redecorated and is furnished to a high standard. The apartment is superbly located close to a number of great amenities such as shops (Tesco, LIDL, Centra), pharmacies, restaurants, bars, cafes and leisure clubs. The property is within 2 minutes' walking distance of St James' Hospital and very close to The Coombe Hospital, and Griffith College is less than 15 minutes on foot. Town is a 25-minute walk and 15 minutes on the Luas and several bus routes. The area in general is well served by Dublin bus routes, the air coach/Dublin Express which stops outside Heuston station (5 minutes on the Luas) and the Fatima Luas is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Grand Canal cycle route can be accessed in minutes. I am a professional who works full-time and studies part-time. I also have a lovely 5-year-old female Dachshund who is house-trained and very loving. The room has a desk and chair, a double bed, a double wardrobe and large patio doors leading to internal gardens. Gas and electricity are additional to rent (but high-speed Virgin Internet is included in the rent). Gas and Electricity as standard. It's really hard to give a quote since the prices increased but I am definitely a person who will never leave a light on in a room I am not in.
