One large double bedroom within a nice, spacious 3 bedroom apartment conveniently located in Northwood, Santry facing the Santry park. It is close to Dublin airport & right between the City centre and Swords. All bedrooms are fitted with a double bed & bills will be split 3 ways evenly at the end of each month. You'll be sharing with the 2 current tenants, both in their early thirtys. Both are very warm,social and respectful. One tenant has their own ensuite with the main bathroom shared between the others. Ideally suited to someone who doesn't WFH or need a car park space (as unfortunately no parking is available with this room).
