The park outside has a pond with loads of nature and birds (really nice for a walk around the park on WFH days), a big playground, basketball court, and residents get free access to the Neptune gym. Underground carpark has EV chargers (but the apartment’s one parking space is already taken by a housemate); public parking is just across the road along the park (the housemate who's leaving uses it every day for her car - it's completely safe). Rent is 1051.50 per month, and deposit is the same. Paid to the leaving tenant. References and bank statements required by the rental agency that manages it. And contract is registered with RTB. Location is super handy and calm, safe area — Tesco Metro, Aldi, Lidl, Woodies and Powercity all within 10 mins. Dun Laoghaire is 10 mins by bus / 20 mins walking / 6 mins cycling. Buses (E2, 7, 7A) to town are a short walk away, plus easy access to the Dart via Dun Laoghaire or Glenageary. Post office, Centra, pharmacy, Boots and a great Indian takeaway (Spice Cottage) around the corner. You’d be living with two women (late 20s/early 30s, working professionals).
