Lovely double bed en suite room available from 5 October 2026 in a three bedroom apartment renting with two clean males in a quiet building. When applying for this bedroom please give a brief description of yourself and any hobbies or interests so we can feel if you are best suited to the other roommates. The rent is €1000 a month excluding bills such as internet, electricity and gas. A months rent in advance and deposit is to be paid prior to moving into the property. Room: Consists of a double bed, built in wardrobes, two smalls bed side lockers, a work from home desk and possibly a chair if bought separately. The bathroom is the biggest in the apartment with full functioning shower and toilet. Apartment: Consists of all the mods and cons with an elevator leading to the apartment with a lovely view of Dun Laoghaire and surrounding areas. The kitchen/living room is very open spaced with a T.V. that can be used by anyone and has the washing/dryer machine, microwave, electric stove and multiple cabinets to store your own food as well as a dishwasher. Refuse is part of the rent and is in the basement near the parking lot. There is parking at the property but it is very limited as there is no assigned parking to each apartment and it is quite small as it is a drive in elevator that brings you into the car park below the building. Preferably a small car would be required here. But there is ample street parking surrounding the building. Also there is two DART stations within 8 minute walk from the building as well as multiple bus stops surrounding it.
