A very spacious ensuite room is available in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Dublin 9, close to DCU. The room is the main bedroom and comes with its own private bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential complex, with parking available. Location & Transport The location is very convenient, especially for anyone studying or working near DCU. There is a bus stop just outside the complex, with several routes including the 16, 1, 41 and 44. It takes around 20 minutes to get to Dublin city centre by bus. The 16 bus runs 24 hours and also goes directly to Dublin Airport in around 20 minutes, which is very convenient for travelling. Approximate distances: 15 minutes’ walk to DCU St Patrick’s Campus and Lidl 25 minutes’ walk to DCU Glasnevin Campus Around 30 minutes by bus to Trinity College Dublin Around 1 hour to UCD by public transport, usually with a change in the city centre There is also a Centra very close to the apartment, which is convenient for daily essentials. About the Apartment You would be sharing the apartment with one female flatmate, who currently lives in the second bedroom. She is a PhD student at DCU. She is quiet, tidy and easy-going, and does not use the kitchen or living room very often. She also rarely has visitors. The apartment would suit someone who is clean, respectful, and looking for a peaceful place to live. Availability The room is available now, and early move-in is possible. The latest preferred move-in date would be early August. The current tenant in the ensuite room is moving closer to the city centre, so I am looking for someone who can take over the room as soon as possible, ideally no later than early August. The apartment is rented through a letting agency, so the final tenancy arrangement will be subject to the agency’s standard checks and approval.
