Bright room with private bathroom – Dublin 12 (available late November / early December) A room will become available in my apartment, located in a very quiet residential area of Dublin 12. The apartment is new; we were the first to move in, and everything is in excellent condition. The residential building was recently constructed, with modern, high-quality fixtures and fittings. You will have access to a gym, coworking room, shared lounge (with billards and coffee), a party room that can be booked and a beautifully flowered outdoor park. Nearby: Dunnes Stores, pharmacy, butcher, and other shops, all within a 5-minute walk. We are calm, respectful, and very attached to cleanliness and order. We enjoy cooking and hosting friends for dinner on the weekends, and roommates are welcome to join us. Smokers are allowed, but only on the balcony. We are primarily looking for a person (or a couple) with whom we get along well and with whom it is pleasant to share our daily lives. Before making any decisions, we will take the time to meet or chat via video to see if we are on the same wavelength. This room will be offered with a rental agreement. If you wish to become our roommate, you will need however to complete a proper application with the residence management to obtain their approval before moving in.
