The apartment will be shared with a couple in their early 30’s and also a single male in mid 20’s, all Irish. The apartment comes with a shared parking space with plenty of additional parking nearby. 7 minute walk to castleknock village where you can find a Lidl, local shops and also a bus stop that serves the city. Castleknock train station is a 12 minute walk. 15 minute walk to phoenix park. Rent is €750. Bills not included but are approximately €80-100 per month on average.
