The apartment is well proportioned and spacious. The bedroom is a double bedroom with its own large built-in wardrobe and a desk and chair. It has has a large shared bathroom and the added bonus of a separate utility room where you will have access to your own fridge. There are large communal gardens for the use of residents only. There is a designated parking space for this apartment, which you are free to use, as I don't have a car myself. I live by myself with my two small dogs. The location itself needs little introduction. A wealth of amenities are a short stroll away in the village of Monkstown, including a great choice of fashionable shops, bars and restaurants and great ease of access to summer swims and walks by the shore. The locality has excellent transport facilities with numerous bus routes and the nearest DART station is just a 12-minute stroll away.
