The apartment also features a fully equipped open-plan living room and kitchen, a balcony, and everything you need for comfortable day-to-day living. Available from 1st September. Bills: Bin collection is included in the rent. Electricity and internet are not included, but usage is very low, so monthly costs are minimal. There is a well-behaved and friendly pet living in the apartment, so you should be comfortable sharing the home with him. He is very well trained and doesn't cause any issues.
