Short-Term Room Available – Cherrywood (Near Luas) A room is available in a modern apartment in the Hali Building Apartments, beside Tesco Express and directly in front of Cherrywood Luas Station, close to Sandyford. The building offers excellent amenities including a gym, dry sauna, and co-working/workspace area. There is also one parking space available. You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with a 29-year-old Brazilian woman who is quiet and not into partying, so the apartment has a calm and respectful atmosphere. House rules: - No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony - No house parties - Not allowed to bring guests to the apartment - No noise in the kitchen after 11 pm Availability: The room will be available for 5–6 weeks. If the stay extends to 6 weeks, the additional 1–2 weeks will be added proportionally to the monthly rent. Rent details: - Internet and bin collection are included in the rent - Electricity is not included (however, the total price including electricity for 5 weeks is approximately €1,737) Deposit: €500 LGBTQ+ friendly home – preference for a gay-friendly tenant.
