- Double room with wardrobe, desk, shelves, drawers and mirror. - Sharing with me (male from Dublin, 35). I'm pretty laid back, but fairly tidy. I work from the office most days and like to play badminton and golf in my free time. - Great location, with Sandymount Village (including Tesco) approx a 5 minute walk away. Sandymount Strand and Westwood Health Club are also a 5 minute walk away. - Good public transport links, with a bus stop (C1, C2, 47) directly outside the development and Sandymount DART station a 5 minute walk away. - Nice development with lots of parking. - Room is available from July 15th (but it's fine if you need to wait a few weeks).
