The apartment is spacious, clean and has a nice view that isn't overlooked. You will be sharing with the male owner who has an ensuite so you will be the primary user of the main bathroom. No drugs, smoking, pets or parties. I can do 9 months rent to suit students or teachers. I'm looking for only one easy going flat mate who cleans up after themselves.
