(Please note: The long term people that are moving out will be taking some things which they have purchased over the last 8 years, so for the first week or two I will be looking to purchase a few things myself to add them back) There is 1 main bathroom that is shared (No en-suite's in either room). Sharing with a professional (In IT) in my early 30s, I am a Long term tenant of 8 years and preferably also looking for long term room mate(s) that get along well with each other, I work in the office 4 days a week and love to play sport, This room is suited for people who want to live in peace and are looking to make life as easy as possible for each other. The house is clean, warm, organized, and stress-free. Looking for someone who respects shared living spaces, is clean, and considerate with noise and hall lights at night / early morning. Living area + Balcony I am busy with work , hobbies and often go home on weekends.
