Double Room Available in a Modern, Warm & Peaceful 2 bedroom apartment. Current setup is: Room 1 - (Bigger room) - Occupied by 2 €1337 (Available) Room 2 - One person €670 (Occupied) Room 1 - They are moving out end of February and the room will be available at the start of March I am open to sharing with 1 or 2 Price for 1 = €1200 Price for 2 = €1330 The Apartment has a living room with an open-plan kitchen and is fully furnished. (Please note: The long term people that are moving out will be taking some things which they have purchased over the last 8 years, so for the first week or two I will be looking to purchase a few things myself to add them back) There is 1 main bathroom that is shared (No en-suite's in either room). Sharing with a professional (In IT) in my early 30s, I am a Long term tenant of 8 years and preferably also looking for long term room mate(s) that get along well with each other, I work in the office 4 days a week and love to play sport, This room is suited for people who want to live in peace and are looking to make life as easy as possible for each other. The house is clean, warm, organized, and stress-free. Looking for someone who respects shared living spaces, is clean, and considerate with noise and hall lights at night / early morning. Living area + Balcony I am busy with work , hobbies and often go home on weekends. I do not use the living area or balcony (Except for storage), so am happy for new tenants to do with it however they like. Please note: Current tenants purchased a TV themselves and this will be gone . I don’t watch TV, if you want one that is absolutely fine but you will have to bring / purchase one. Office setup in the living area? You can setup this area however you like , however please note it’s very important that if you setup an office in this area or use it for meetings, the kitchen must still be available for use 24/7. Washer + Dryer has it’s own room.
