Apartment 3, Block C, Walled Garden, Wyckham Way, Dundrum, Ballinteer, Dublin 16

I'm moving counties and need someone to take my room. Bright and spacious apartment with a private ensuite double room available from December or January 1st start. The apartment is located beside Dundrum Town Centre, with shops, restaurants, cafés and other amenities within easy walking distance. Balally Luas stop is approximately a 15-minute walk away, depending on pace, and Sandyford is around a 30-minute walk. FlyeFit is also nearby. The room comes with its own private bathroom. You’ll be sharing the apartment with one 25-year-old professional woman. I’m looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate female flatmate, ideally someone who is quiet, not too quiet just respectful, cosy and treats their home like a sanctuary. The apartment would suit someone who values a peaceful, clean and comfortable living environment. Bonus points if you’d be open to making the space feel more homely and creating a Pinterest board together for decorating ideas. Rent is €1,330per month. Bills are separate. No pets, please. References are required. Requirements from property manager. The following references must be provided to DUBLIV for the potential replacement tenant: 1. Current Landlord Reference 2. 3 x Current Bank Statements Please advise all interested applicants that the landlord has a requirement to rent threshold of 40% (i.e. tenants must not be exceeding 40% on rent). Also, there may be 2 ads for the same room on daft(apt 3, Walled Gardens). But this is the ad from the residing tenant, the person you will be living with. When messaging, please include a description of yourself, preferred move-in date, how long you hope to stay and a little about your lifestyle. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting suitable applicants for a viewing.
