About Us & The Vibe You will be sharing a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a couple (an Irish man and a Mexican woman). We are both clean, quiet, and respectful, and we are looking for someone who shares that same relaxed vibe. The most important thing for us is keeping the apartment clean, tidy, and peaceful. We truly want this to feel like home, not just for us, but for you as well. We’re looking for someone who values living in a comfortable, respectful environment where everyone can relax after work. Please note that one of us works fully remotely from home during the week. The Room & Apartment Move in Date: 1st August. The Room: A spacious double bedroom offering plenty of natural light. The Bathroom: As the apartment has two bathrooms, you will have primary use of the large modern bathroom, which also serves as the guest bathroom. Most of the time, it will be exclusively yours, as it is only used by visitors occasionally. The Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. We’ve added plenty of extra appliances and kitchen equipment, so it’s ready for anyone who enjoys cooking. The Balcony: A lovely balcony complete with a table and chairs. Rent: €1,265 per month. Security Deposit: €1,265. Internet: €20 per month. Electricity: Approximately €100 per person every two months, depending on usage. Bins: Household waste collection is included in the rent.
