Short walk to Clontarf Dart Station. Has shared living room, kitchen, balcony, utility room and storage. One bedroom and central bathroom is currently occupied by myself (female, 40, works in tech, hybrid office attendance). The apartment is properly equipped with all appliances & mod cons. Electricity and internet are equally split (c.E100 p/m). There are shops (SuperValu, Lotts & Co) and lots of cafes and pubs in the area. Westwood gym next to dart station. Parks and seafront close by. Peaceful set up. No parties :)
