Room Available in Modern 2-Bed Apartment – Glanmire Double room available in a modern, well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment located in the centre of Glanmire. The apartment is spacious and bright, with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom and balcony. The location is convenient, with shops, cafés, public transport and other amenities nearby. I am a professional in my late 30s and looking for someone who wants a clean, quiet and comfortable place to live. Ideally looking for someone who is: Clean and tidy – keeping the shared spaces clean is important to me Quiet and respectful Easy-going and considerate Comfortable sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom Non-smoker No pets I’m looking for someone who is respectful of the apartment and the fact that it’s a shared home. I’m easy-going myself and would ideally like someone who is the same, while also being mindful of keeping things clean and comfortable for both of us. The apartment is fully electric, including the heating, so there is no separate heating bill. The only bills to pay are electricity, bins and internet, and these are shared equally between the two of us (50/50). Electricity costs are naturally a little higher during the winter when the heating is being used more, and drop considerably during the summer. Agency requirements: The agency requires the following from the successful applicant: Passport Driver’s Licence Car Registration Number PPS Number Landlord Reference Employment Confirmation A one-month deposit is required, along with one month’s rent in advance before moving in.
