Chic ground floor apartment in Portobello Hi! My name is Rachel, a 33 yo professional who just moved back to Dublin form London and am seeking a roommate for this spacious three bed apartment. The flat is located on the ground floor in a nice gated courtyard next to the canal in Portobello. Room to park bikes and have Summer BBQs hopefully. The room is a spacious ensuite that comes already furnished but you're welcome to make it your own. I've furnished the rest of the apartment with lots of care so hoping for someone that is house proud and likes to keep a nice home. Seeking a roommate who is responsible, social, easy going and good company! I work Mon-Fri (in office Tues -Thursday) but on weekends like to host dinner parties, explore the city and travel. There's lots of nice cafes and bars nearby and the canal is just around the corner! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city center through Portobello.
