The accommodation is a two bedroom apartment approx 60 sqm including a south facing balcony area which overlooks howth village. The habitable space has been well proportioned and briefly comprises a welcoming entrance hall with storage space, a large dual aspect living/dining room with access to the sunny balcony. The bedroom is moderate sized and has built in wardrobes. The bedroom also contains a bathroom in which is fully fitted with bath/shower unit. The apartment is ideally situated in the centre of village with its host of shops restaurants and other amenities. Howth Harbour is just a stones throw away and other notable amenities within brief walking distance include Balscadden Beach, the Martello tower and Howth's cliff walk. There are excellent transport links close by which includes both bus (3 min walk) and DART (7 min walk) services to the city centre. You will be sharing an apartment with a female in her 40's. I do not own the apartment. Looking for a flatmate who will keep the apartment clean. This isn't a house party however it's okay to have friends over for dinner / lunch in a way that suits everyone.
