Permanent accommodation is available for 1 (preferably female). Single bedroom to rent with a shared bathroom. We are in our thirties and looking for a roommate to share our large apartment in a quiet building in Ballsbridge. We're both friendly and respectful, and we're hoping to find someone who is easygoing and might enjoy having a glass of wine or a shared dinner the odd evening. We go into the office most days between about 9 am and 5 pm, prefer someone with a similar schedule. We’re pretty clean and keep the apartment in good nick. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Herbert Park and Lansdowne Road DART station, and about a 20-minute walk to town, as well as close to St. Vincent’s Hospital, Grand Canal Dock, etc. The room includes a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has a full kitchen, decent storage, and a large living room that opens onto a secluded corner of our building's green space. It also has a washing machine, gas-fired central heating, and two bathrooms.
