This double room 7days/week permanent accomodation is available for the upcoming semester, from January 2025 to at least end of May 2026 (But an extension of the rental period may be possible). Hi! I’m a 20-year-old female student at Galway University, looking for a female flatmate around my age. There is one (double) bedroom available in a bright and spacious duplex apartment with three bedrooms all together under the Rent-a-Room scheme. The room comes with a built-in wardrobe, bed, nightstand and desk/chair for studying. It shares a bathroom with one person. Upstairs, is a large 40sqm living/dining/kitchen area with a small balcony with sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a dining table with chairs, a couch, a TV and an additional workspace. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet estate in Oranmore on the doorstep to Galway. There’s free parking available and a regular bus connection to Galway city centre and directly to ATU and Galway university (runs from 6:40am to 11:50pm with different connections about all 20 min) is just a short walk away. The train station (to Galway and Dublin), several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and takeaways are also within easy walking distance.
