The apartment is beautiful and well laid out with a bright, spacious kitchen/living room and small balcony. Amenities include a microwave, oven/hob, washer/dryer, TV, wifi and electric heating (no fuel costs). I'm looking for a female flatmate also working in the city centre who would like to enjoy some city living! You will be sharing with an Irish female in her early 20's working professionally in finance. I am friendly, tidy and easy going, and work in office every day.
