Lidl and the bus stop are approximately 2 minutes' walk away. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, desk and chair, large fitted sliding wardrobe and additional storage. The room comes with exclusive use of your own private bathroom, including bath and shower. Parking is available. Full use of the kitchen, dining/living area and outdoor decking/garden. You'll be sharing with the owner, a working professional in his 30s. I'm easy-going, tidy and active, with interests including music, fitness and the outdoors. The apartment is generally a relaxed and quiet home, and I'm looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Bills: Bins, TV and 500mb broadband included. Gas and electricity are shared and are approximately €50–60 per person per month. The space isn't suitable for pets or regular working from home. Non-smoker required, with a preference for someone who doesn't drink or drinks relatively little. A Monday–Friday or school-term arrangement can also be considered.
