You would have a large double bedroom "Pics of bedroom coming soon" with your own ensuite bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony, shared living/kitchen space, and is in a quiet residential area. Bedroom has a Queen size bed and bedside tables with large wardrobes and a single window. Bedrooms are on the second floor, sitting room and kitchen are on the third floor. Location - 7–9 minute walk to Killester DART station - 5 minute walk to multiple bus routes into the city centre - Close to shops Killester/Artane, cafés, and St Anne’s is just down the street Rent - €1330 per month - Deposit: €1330 (one month’s rent) - Utilities shared separately internet is €40 with Virgin, electricity is prepay through Pinergy About the household You’d be sharing with just me.
