Room available in a two bedroom apartment overlooking the Camac River in the heart of historic Kilmainham, (shorter lets considered, but longer lets preferred) Near St James Hospital, St Patricks Hospital, IMMA, Guinness Storehouse, Heuston Station. 30 min walk / 25 min bus or Luas journey / 15 min cycle to the city centre. Served by C1, C2, C3, C4, G1, G2, N2, S2 and 4, 13, 52, 60, 69, 73 bus routes, Red Luas Line (St James and Heuston Stops) and Dublin Express (for the airport). 4 min walk to nearest Dublin Bikes Station. Convenient for Trinity College/RCSI/ City Centre/Docklands. The apartment is quiet, warm (although this room is a little cooler), clean and bright, with a large open plan kitchen / living room, two balconies, two bathrooms, storage cupboard and a utilities closet. In your room ,you have a desk, chair, wardrobe and a double bed (with a very good mattress). You also have your own private bathroom (just adjacent to your room) with a bath and shower (with good water pressure). Non-smoking house. No pets. Quiet after 11pm (most of the time!) Looking for a quiet, relaxed, respectful and friendly person to share. I am in my fifties, work in education and work part-time from home. Other than that, I am pretty relaxed and also respectful of other people's space and look for the same in a house-mate - someone who will respect both the property and my space - as I will respect theirs.
