We’re a man and a woman, both in our mid-thirties, looking for a new housemate to join our relaxed and tidy home in beautiful Blackrock. The room is bright and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better – Blackrock Village is just 200 metres away, with plenty of cafés, shops, and restaurants. DART and bus connections are only a short walk, and Aldi, M&S and SuperValu are all close by. We’re both working professionals who like to keep the place clean and organised. We enjoy a friendly chat in the kitchen now and then but also value our privacy and quiet time. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with the female housemate.
