Room for Rent – Central Dublin City We have a bright and comfortable room available in our apartment, located right in the heart of Dublin city centre. The location is extremely convenient, with a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and public transport all within walking distance. The apartment has been our home since 2019 and is very well cared for. You will be sharing the apartment with two young professors; one of us only visits occasionally. We’re hoping to find someone who is friendly, easygoing, tidy, and respectful, and who understands the importance of personal space and mutual privacy. The apartment has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, ideal for someone who enjoys city living but also values a peaceful home. We’d also like to mention that, as the apartment is located in the city centre and surrounded by many restaurants and bars, it can be noisy at night. This may not be suitable for light sleepers. If you prefer a very quiet living environment, this apartment might not be the ideal match for you. This apartment is not in a new building, so some of the facilities are older. Everything is well maintained and fully functional; however, if you strongly prefer a brand-new home, this may not be the best fit. 1 month rent deposit required. All bill included.
