Apartment 72, Hayfield Court, Churchview Road, Kil, Glenageary, Co. Dublin

Hi all! I’m moving out of my apartment because I changed department at work, so I’m looking for a new flatmate for my current flatmate! The apartment is very nice, quiet, bright and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite and one separate), a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, etc. There’s a big double bed, a wardrobe, and all essential furniture. The building includes great facilities such as a gym, coworking areas, lounge spaces for coffee or relaxing, and even rooms for workouts or other events. Right across the street there’s a supermarket and a park, and the bus lines 7, 7A, and 45A stop just outside. The complex is pet-friendly – there are two cats here, both very friendly (even with dogs!). The lease runs until 28 May, but you can move in anytime and, together with my current flatmate, renew it after that if you wish.
