We are looking for a person to rent a room in lovely new built neighbourhood, The Paddocks, Castle Fram, Dunboyne, in county Meath. There is a good transport connection to Maynooth, and to city centre with the bus routes of 70, 270, 105 and a dart station which is 5 minutes away from the apartment (which takes to to Docklands in 40min). It a secure area with high security, and lovely neighbors. The shops around the area is Lidl and Spar (10 minute walk), Pharmacy, Post office, coffee shops which is 20 minute walk. We are looking for a quiet, friendly and clean person. The living room area is big, and join kitchen area with a beautiful view. The room itself has its own bathroom which will need to be cleaned and managed by you. Entire area is clean as you go. You will be sharing the apartment with one male and one female. It is a one year lease, starting from 20th of January 2026, but can be earlier.
