Room with a private bathroom is available in an apartment located in Terenure. The house has two bedrooms (both with private bathrooms), a living room, kitchen, covered veranda, and parking for cars and bikes. I’m looking for someone late 20s/early 30s. Preferably a non-smoker (vaping is okay). The apartment is in a very convenient location: bus stop right outside (routes 15A, 74, S4), and within a 5–7 minute walk you’ll find Lidl, Aldi, Lotts & Co, a pharmacy, and the post office (An Post).
