Bedroom available in 2 bedroom apartment on station road in Portmarnock. The property is a 2 minute walk from Portmarnock dart station. Owner occupied, 34 year old from Belfast, living in Dublin the last 8 years. You'll only have to deal with myself and my girlfriend the odd weekend. We're moving out of Dublin for work and will have the option to fly home every two weeks but it will probably be once a month max. I guttted the apartment a year ago, all bathrooms, kitchen, kitchen appliances etc are new, also replaced the heating system and installed a hive control so you can turn the heating and water on when you're out of the house. We have our own ensuite, there will be no hassle with bathrooms when we are home. Parties and noise will not be tolerated. Neighbours have my mobile number and will let me know right away of any issues. Apartment must be kept clean. No lease length, 30 days notice to terminate by either party. Rent is 1,200e, 1,500e deposit required. Parking on site, I think a permit is roughly 10e. Wifi is included in the rent, gas and electricity usage will be split and pro ratad for the days I am not there. (You'll pay for your own usage).
