Necessary requirements for living together: - Female preferred - 1 person room - Very clean and organised - No pets allowed (building rules) - Non-smoker (due to building rules) - Previous landlord reference or recommendation letter (landlord requirement) About the room and the apartment - Big double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom - Lots of wardrobe space - Space for a desk in case working remotely is needed - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) - Spacious living room with terrace - Location: Charlemont Street - Price: 1260€ + expenses + 950€ deposit - Available: 1st February (flexibility around dates possible) We’ve been living together for a long time now and the experience has been excellent.
