Double room available €1,100/month + €1,100 deposit Bright double bedroom in a fully south-facing apartment, so the light is great all day. Big wardrobe and nice bathroom. Electricity and internet split three ways. The flat is owner-occupied which we like to be upfront about, but we’re genuinely looking for a flatmate who we get along with. We respect boundaries, we’re fine with visitors as long as everyone’s communicating (we’ll always let you know if we have someone over too). We can offer a reference from our last tenant if that helps. A bit about us: we’re a couple in our mid-20s, Jack is Irish and I’m Venezuelan. We’re into cooking, hiking, trying random new things and the occasional pint at the local.
