Although it's in the city centre, the apartment is part of a private and very quiet residential complex, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, public transport, and all essential amenities just a short walk away. Available from 18 July. Rent: €1,050 per month, payable on the 19th of each month. Rent will increase to €1,090 per month from 19 August. Bills are not included (approximately €50–€60 per month). The apartment includes: Spacious, separate living room and fully equipped kitchen. Shared full bathroom. Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Kettle. Kitchenware, cookware, and all basic household essentials. House rules: No smoking inside the apartment. No pets. You'll be sharing the apartment with one friendly female tenant.
