Double room available in luxurious and modern 2-bed apartment in Tivoli – whole apartment is rented at €2400 + bills. Rent for one will be half of the cost of the apartment, or a couple are welcome to apply and the rent will be €700pp. I’m looking for a clean, respectful and considerate housemate to share a 2-bed apartment in Tivoli. I don’t have pets, but the apartment is pet friendly for someone looking for a place who has pets. The apartment is around a 40-minute walk from Cork city centre, or there’s a bus stop directly across the road, with the 214 running from Glanmire into town and onwards to Wilton. There is also car parking available. The room: * Double bed * Good-sized bedroom * Shared bathroom * Large kitchen and living area * Peaceful, tidy and relaxed home environment Household: We have a clean-as-you-go approach and take turns doing a more thorough clean of the shared areas regularly, so the apartment stays clean and comfortable. Guests are welcome within reason.
