Apartment Parnell Place, Cork City Centre, Co. Cork

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease from the 15 November. The room is a spacious double bedroom ensuite, shared with another girl working full time. The apartment is a duplex in Cork city centre on Parnell place, comes with a separate kitchen and a living room. Please note that bills are not included in the rent. If you are interested, just drop me an email with a description of yourself and we can organize a viewing during the week
