We’re both easygoing and respectful, and we’re looking for a like-minded tenant who values a calm and comfortable home environment. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, doesn’t smoke, and is comfortable living with animals, as I have a small cat. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to shops such as Spar, Lidl, Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Centra, and more. There is a bus stop just across the road (visible from the balcony), and a hospital nearby. The Luas Red Line (Fatima stop) is about a 7-minute walk, and the city centre is only around 20 minutes on foot. Available bus routes include 27, 151, 77A, 74 and 56A. The rent is €1,165per month plus bills (electricity every two months). Internet is optional at €20 per month. A deposit of €800 is required. Total upfront cost is €1,965.
