Bathroom is shared with the other tenant who is a female professional in her late 20's. 2-minute walk to Connolly Station and access to DART, LUAS, and various bus routes. Supermarkets and shops all within walking distance. Shortcut gate through moat to George's Dock near CHQ Plaza. Deposit is €923, and monthly rent is €1,203 to be paid in advance before the end of the month. Long-term lease. Rent pressure zone - 2-3% increase every summer.
