Bright and quiet with hardwood flooring and plenty of natural light (see photos). Perfect for relaxing. - Living Room: Spacious and inviting with a modern sofa, TV, coffee table, and fireplace. Ideal for hanging out. - Main Bathroom: Clean and functional with a bathtub/shower combo, tiled walls, and all the essentials. Shared by 2 other housemates. Who We’re Looking For: - Non-smoker, respectful of shared spaces, and reliable with rent payments. - Preferably someone who’s tidy, easygoing, and enjoys a quiet but social living environment. - Anyone looking for a stable, friendly place to call home.
