House is owner occupied by a young professional couple. Room is available 5 days a week only from January (Sunday evening - Friday morning). Double room available with access to the main bathroom which has a separate shower and bath. Bedroom also has a smart TV. House is only recently renovated and Coolaney has great access to Sligo town, ATU and St.Angelas College. Local link buses run regularly to these areas daily. Sligo is also only a short 20 minute drive away. Coolaney has 2 local shops, Italian restaurant and a pub, to name a few amenities.
