Hi, I have a room available in my house from the beginning of October. The tenant will be sharing with 2 guys (1 tenant and the landlord) and the house has all mod cons. The bedroom is well sized with a built in wardrobe. There is a nicely sized bathroom along with a spacious kitchen and sitting room. The house also have a nice veranda at the back of the house too. The rent is €750 per month due on the 1st of each month with bills extra (Electricity, Gas and bins). Internet is free of charge. We have a Lidl right beside the house, a bus stop right outside (W6) which goes to the Square in Tallaght. The Red Luas (Citywest Campus stop) is approx. 7 minute walk and we are approx. 7 minutes walk to the Citywest Shopping Centre. Close by to 77A and 65B bus stops (approx 8-10 mins walk) and 10 mins walk to 27 bus to get to city centre. Please tell me a bit about yourself (no AI to be used).
