The house is in walking distance of Malahide village and DART station / public transport. The room has a king size bed, bedside locker, built-in wardrobes, desk, easy chair, etc.The house is recently renovated with central heating, WIFI, and double glazing. There's parking space, storage for bikes and some outdoor seating in the large leafy garden. The house is located in a small estate with its own private park in the middle. There's a supermarket, a chemist and an independent coffee shop within 3 minutes stroll. It's a 5 minute walk to the bus stop where buses will take you to Dublin, Swords, and the airport. The house is very near to Malahide Castle, its large park and all its amenities. A 15 or 20 minute walk takes you to the centre of Malahide village, and its Dart and mainline railway station, supermarkets, shops, cafes and pubs, and of course Malahide beach.
