The room has a double bed, a clothes rail and a chest of drawers. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in very quiet residential area. There is paid parking on street or free parking on the road parallel. The city centre is 20 mins away on public transport (27, 77a, 151 are all at the end of the road). Large Dunnes Stores 3 minutes walk away; Lidl on Cork St is 15 mins walk and SuperValu in Walkinstown is about 20 min walk away. Tenant will be sharing the house with home owner for the duration of stay. 1.5 bathrooms. Bills (gas, electricity, internet) to be split. Looking for easy-going tenant with good references.
