While the bathroom is not en-suite, you will have sole use of the main bathroom. The development is located next door to St Annes Park, on Sybil Hill Road. The villages of Raheny, Clontarf and Killester are all within walking distance. Clontarf promenade and The Wooden Bridge are all close by. The bus stop (H1, H2, H3, 6) to the city centre is located right on the doorstep. The bus will take to into town in 15 mins. The Dart is a 7-minute walk away. Close to M50 / M1 Dublin Airport and the city centre. The roof top garden is open to residents of the complex and has beautiful views overlooking Dublin. You will be sharing with one other female.
