Furnished 3-bedroom house just off Malahide Road. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, full-sized fridge freezer, microwave with lots of cabinet space. The living room has a large dining table, a very comfortable sofa, TV and table and chairs. There is also a second living room which is used more as an office/chill out room with two very comfortable chairs and a desk. The bedroom available is spacious with built in wardrobe, new double bed and bedside lockers. The bathroom is very modern and recently refurbished with walk in shower. The south facing back garden is ideal for relaxing when we actually have nice weather and has table and chairs outside. The house is owner occupied and I like to keep the house clean and tidy. This includes a cleaner who comes every two weeks. You would be living with a male professional in his mid 30s and male student currently on an internship in a bank. We are both very chilled, like to eat together when we can and are both rarely in the house due to our busy schedules. We are looking to make the house feel like a home for everyone and for the right housemate, so please add some detail about yourself when applying. The area has everything you need just a walk away. Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, multiple bus routes in and out of city centre, a few gyms, indoor public swimming pool, St Anne's Park and Clontarf Seafront.
