IMPORTANT !!!!!! A personal request...Cooking meat or sea food is alone not allowed in the kitchen as am really allergic to it (I do not have any problem with tenants eating meat in the house but only avoid cooking it in the kitchen as much as possible since I had bad experience with the previous tenant when informed prior)..
