-Room- We have a double bedroom available for rent in our cosy house, which features a patio garden to relax in in the summer months. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. -Utilities- Monthly utilities (electricity, gas, and internet) will be an additional cost on top of the rent. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The garden is also ideal for relaxing, especially during the summer months. Note: pets are unfortunately not permitted in the house. -Flatmates- You will be sharing the house with 3 others in their 20s/ 30s who all work full-time in various professions. We’re seeking someone who values a calm, quiet, and friendly atmosphere at home. -Documents and Viewings- Please have references ready if requested. Once accepted and after submitting the necessary documents, you will be added to the lease. Viewings will be scheduled over the coming weeks to find the right person. We are looking for someone to move in around mid September. Be sure to tell us a little about yourself - who you are, your lifestyle, and any details that might help us get to know you better.
