Bright En-Suite Room in Owner-Occupied Family Home – Artane, Dublin 5 Bright, comfortable and fully furnished en-suite bedroom available in our owner-occupied family home in Artane, Dublin 5. The bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom and includes a bed and bedroom furniture, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, small fridge and kettle. All household bills are included in the rent. Microwave access and use of the washing machine once per week are also included. We are a friendly family with two young children and are looking for a respectful and considerate person who would be comfortable living in a family home. House rules: As this is an owner-occupied family home with two young children, we do not allow visitors or overnight guests in the property. We ask that anyone considering the room is comfortable with this arrangement before applying. The property is very well located for public transport. Harmonstown DART Station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing convenient access to Dublin City Centre and destinations along the DART line. Several Dublin Bus routes also serve the area. Artane Castle Shopping Centre, supermarkets, cafés, parks and other local amenities are all within easy reach. Please note: the bedroom is not set up as a permanent home office and the accommodation is therefore not suitable for full-time home working. Occasional home-working days are absolutely fine. Rent: €900 per month, including bills. Security deposit: €900. The room is available on a 3-month rolling agreement, with rent payable monthly in advance. The security deposit and first month’s rent are required at the beginning of the agreement.
