It’s just a few minutes from Rathnew (around 10 minutes by bus), Wicklow Town (about 15 minutes by bus), and the N11. Close to all amenities, 10 min walk to the bus stop (133 and 131). The house is an A2-rated property, meaning it’s highly energy-efficient. The available room is a double, which includes all bills (electricity, alarm, bins and internet). The bathroom is shared, and the room is available for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extending. I’m looking for a tidy, quiet and considerate housemate—strictly non-smokers only. You’d be sharing the house with me (the owner), my cat and another tenant. I enjoy the occasional shared meal or chat but also really value and respect personal space and privacy.
