This is a large bedroom with private electric pumped shower, double slider wardrobes with plenty of storage, 42 in tv. This room has been freshly decorated making it a lovely bright, private and quite bedroom. The house would be shared with two other tenants and is owner occupied. You and the other tenants do have your own private tv and dining area. Looking for a friendly and extremely clean person to share this lovely house but would have to be pet friendly for one little dog.. It is 5 mins walk to the bus 122, 8 mins walk to pelletstown train stations, 10 min walk to the shop and 15 mins walk to the phoenix park. All bills (electricity, gas, etc.) are included, no extras.. REQUIREMENTS: that you keep the house clean, exactly as you found it, clean up after yourself, respect others and noise levels. No guest sleep overs, no parties, no smoking, no vaping.
